Campbell Montessori School Parent Community
Thanks to our wonderful parents, Campbell is more than a school - it's a true community. After collaborating with the administration, parents have organized volunteers into a group that not only assists with the traditional activities at Campbell, but also organizes social functions. Meetings are held at least six times a year, though most of the activities do not occur during meetings.

Campbell Parent Community Committees
||This committee organized and conducted our first Trivia Night in November of 2010. It was so successful, the parents decided to make the event an annual occurrence.
||Welcome new families, organize parents to prepare meals for teachers during conferences, organize staff appreciation day, help plan the summer Ice Cream Social, Back-to-School Picnic, and End-of-the-Year Picnic. (Additional committees for specific events may form.)
||Capture amazing moments on film to be placed in our yearbook. Individuals take photos any time throughout the year, focusing on school events.
||Help with routine maintenance chores around the school, just as you do at home.
||Setting up and running audio, video, and computers are the jobs of this committee. Trivia Night and our Annual Dinner Auction are two events during which this committee is active.
||Planting, weeding, pruning and removing non-native plants are the focus of this committee. They also help organize volunteers for Family Work Days in the fall and spring.
||This committee has helped Campbell procure a paper recycling dumpster. They also helped us connect with the City of St. Peters in order to use the single-stream recycling available to households through the "blue bag" program.
||Come make Campbell look festive by decorating the school and preparing for the Breakfast with Santa event. Set up in early December and take decorations down the last day of school before the winter break.
